How is TipFit different from other workout apps?

Most apps hand you a pre-made template. TipFit builds your plan from your answers - goal, schedule, equipment, injuries - and keeps adjusting it weekly based on how training actually went. One coach, one system, zero guesswork.

What equipment do I need?

Whatever you have. Bodyweight only, dumbbells, bands, a rowing machine, or a full gym - the plan engine only prescribes movements you can actually do, and every exercise has a one-tap swap.

Do I need to be experienced?

No. Beginners get a ramped-in plan with confidence-building progressions. Tip explains every movement with a video demo or a quick how-to; anything without a video yet is on the filming list.

Is nutrition included?

Pro includes calorie and macro targets tuned to your goal, plus weekly nudges based on your trend - educational guidance, not a meal plan. For medical or dietary conditions, talk to a professional.

Can I use TipFit on my computer?

Yes - the full app runs on the web with the same account, synced with iOS and Android.

What if I miss workouts?

Streaks come with a weekly shield. Miss more than a few and Tip shrinks the plan instead of guilt-tripping you. Two days a week is a plan; zero days is a wish.

How do refunds and cancellation work?

Cancel anytime from Settings in two taps and keep access until the period ends. App store purchases follow Apple/Google refund policies; web purchases get a 14-day no-questions refund.

When does gear ship?

Gear is printed on demand by Printful and typically ships in 2-5 business days, with tracking emailed automatically.
