Terms of Service

Effective date: July 16, 2026. These terms are a standard template adopted by TipFit and may be updated; material changes will be posted on this page.

1. What TipFit is

TipFit ("we", "us") provides fitness information services: personalized workout plans, workout and nutrition tracking, coaching content, digital training programs, and physical merchandise, via tipfit.org and our apps (together, the "Service").

2. Not medical advice

TipFit provides general fitness and nutrition information for educational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment and is not a substitute for guidance from a physician or registered dietitian. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise or nutrition program — especially if you have a medical condition or injury, are pregnant, or have been inactive. Stop exercising immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or chest discomfort. You use the Service at your own risk and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, you assume all risk of injury arising from your training decisions.

3. Eligibility and accounts

The Service is for adults 18 and older. You are responsible for your account credentials and for the accuracy of information you provide. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service or violate these terms.

4. Subscriptions, trials, and billing

TipFit Pro is a paid subscription ($17.99/month or $119.99/year) with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your account or via the link in your receipt emails; you keep access until the end of the paid period. Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle.com — Paddle's name will appear on your statement, and Paddle handles payment data, taxes, and receipts. One-off program purchases are yours to keep after payment.

5. Refunds

See our Refund Policy. In short: cancel a trial before it ends and you pay nothing; web subscription purchases carry a 14-day no-questions refund; merchandise is covered for defects and printing errors.

6. Merchandise

Physical products are printed and fulfilled on demand by Printful, Inc. Shipping times and product availability are shown at checkout on the product page.

7. Intellectual property

The TipFit name, logos, the Coach Tip character, training programs, and all Service content are owned by or licensed to TipFit. Your subscription grants a personal, non-transferable license to use the Service; it does not permit redistribution or resale of programs or content.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TipFit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
